I am a Physiotherapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist. I primarily offer mobile services and see clients in the comfort of their own homes. I also see clients at two clinic locations in Ottawa.

How to Book

Clinic appointments are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the locations listed below. If you need to see me in clinic on a different day of the week please reach out and I may be able to accommodate you.

Mobile appointments are available in Ottawa and surrounding areas (up to 40km from Bells Corners). If you would like a home visit please contact me directly to book your treatment session.

Online consultations are also available for those who would prefer virtual support or are unable to attend in person. Contact me directly to book.

Sarah is a Registered Physiotherapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist with specialized training and interests in cancer rehabilitation and lymphedema/chronic swelling.

As Certified Lymphedema Therapist (>135 training hours of study and training in Complete Decongestive Therapy), Sarah can help to safely and effectively assist patients with lymphatic disorders through Complete Decongestive Therapy (manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, individualized exercise prescription and self-care education). Sarah is also registered as an Assistive Devices Program (ADP) Authorizer and can help people to apply for funding assistance when purchasing compression garments.

Sarah can help patients in any stage of their cancer journey through restorative, supportive, preventative or palliative interventions. Physiotherapy can help to improve quality of life and treatment outcomes as well as manage pain and cancer-related fatigue.

She has pursued post-graduate education in Lymphedema Therapy, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, and Reiki to provide more holistic care to her patients.

Sarah is always seeking new learning opportunities to provide up-to-date and evidence informed treatments to her patients.
